I want to share with you a recipe for my favorite burrito 🌯✨
Ingredients:
400g beef/chicken (in strips)
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 cup of boiled rice
1 can of canned beans
Tortillas for burritos
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, cumin, chili flakes
Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
Fry onions and peppers, add meat and fry until golden.
In another pot, stir in rice, simmer.
Add the boiled rice, beans and spices to the skillet with the meat.
Heat the tortillas, spread out the filling, sprinkle with cheese.
Wrap the tortilla into a burrito.
Serve hot with sauces and herbs.
Enjoy! 🍴🔥
