I always count steps and the perfect number of daily steps for me is 10 000, and this number is identified is the one that is healthy, if you walk more or less it won't give some results, less is so few, more can be harmful 😍

I believe that eyes can tell a lot...they say that eyes can't lie. We can tell many things, or to pretend about something, but once in science there is a theory that is proven that we can lie according to the direction our eyes look😉
I don't remember it word by word, but for instance if the person looks up right when being asked a question it means he recollects the true information, if the person looks up left, this part of our brain is responsible for imagination and the person tried to invent the information and to lie😜😜
