Reality check y'all! As a therapist, I deal with expectations versus reality in relationships every day. And you know what? It ain't just about your significant other and their annoying habits (although we all know about those😆). It's also about the expectations we set for ourselves and others. 🥹 So, when some of y’all ask me to post more real life shots, I'm happy to oblige 😋👌🏼 But don't expect me to be in "sexy" lingerie all the damn time 😜 That's not reality, you know? But it's important to recognize the difference between fantasy and reality.
