Are your hips tight?
Join me on p@treon link in socials for more health, fitness and motivation see you soon :)

If there is one thing I am learning about life it is that you are your largest cheerleader and your biggest naysayer.

The most important voice that will ever matter will be yours.

It is hard to know this because when all those voices come that remind you, you are not enough. You have to remember to light your own light and know they are not there to stop you, but they are simply just a reflection of your inner insecurities that you have to overcome. These triggers or people are not bad people either, they are just hurting people hurting people as the cycle goes.

Secondly we have to understand that we are also hurting people, and the more we use the power to observe, rather than assume or judge the more we connect rather than disconnect. Or create conversations that help us to learn and grow.

We often call out all the people that shame and judge us but forget to look honestly at ourselves and how we do the same. Our true responsibility in life is how we respond to everything.

If we want to hold the power in life we also have to be willing to let go of what does not serve us. Not because it or they are not worthy but because simply the world needs more people coming alive.

Letting go and forgiving is key to being able to make our lights bright. These are not there to say it is okay what others or the world do or did. But they are there so we can keep our lights shining and we do not become part of the cycle where all our lights get smaller and we complain about how this world and our lives are this and that.

To change this world we need to be the change and that means starting with the person in the mirror.

What positive thing can you tell yourself today?

What lesson have you learned that has helped you overcome that you can share to inspire another?

What are you grateful for today???

We often forget this breath right now someone else is losing, our arms and legs that may be too red, or marked or not the way we want, someone does not have, our face that may not be what we want it to be or the skin we have that may have cellulite, redness, bruising, veins, skin condition, someones is burned or damaged beyond ours. They do not hide but they get up and live and still make the most of what life is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=I60WGzewsh8 A great exampe Tara inspires me beyond words. So often I deal with eczema, rashes and so many other things and it is nothing compared to Tara. She gets up every day and shines her beautiful light and she reminds me to do the same. Even when I feel not enough, or other peoples voices get in my head with their unkind words, when I deal with my own skin or body challenges.

We are in a society that is fixing things that really aren't making our lives any better. We have good lives but continue to find problems no matter how good we have them. It is time for us to start making the most of what we have. We only have one life.

Sure it is nice to look yöung and youthful, it is nice to have a body that we feel more confident in or it is wonderful to know more than we do. But all these things do not determine a positive life and a good life. They are just psychological barriers that society has driven into us to make us feel inferior because of how we view the body and sell things but the truth is we are enough just as we are.

https://www.mobilitypluscolorado.com/blog/6-athletes-with-disabilities-who-inspire-us

As a kid I nearly drowned several times. I ended up overcoming these fears. I became a state swimmer and national waterpolo player. I have still not learned to surf, however when I get the chance again to be near the beach I want to take lessons. A lady that inspires is. Bethany is a well-known professional surfer who lost an arm in a shocking shark attack at the yöung age of 13. Read more about her in the link above.

I feel overwhelmed with my one arm handstand journey in handstands but I just read about....Jim Abbott became a Major League Baseball star despite being born without his right hand. Citing his disäbility as a motivation to work harder, Abbott finished his baseball career having played for the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees as well as pitching a no-hitter in 1993. Now I am even more inspired to know that only my willingness and mindset are stopping me and I should continue this journey no matter where it finishes.

Personally I often worry about maybe I cannot do things, I am not good enough on so many levels. I've been told many times by people I am ugly, I am not good enough to model, I am not strong or smart enough for X. But the truth is I am and I have both my arms and legs and a fully functioning body.

Last Jan 2023 and last year as a difficult time for me I lost a fair bit of use of my left arm. I am left handed. I could not feel my fingers on my thumb and index and middle finger. I could not undo the drink bottle and lift heavy things. I lost my ability to handstand the press, deep backbends, push up and even the ability to sleep for a few months due to the pain. 1.5 years later I have recovered most of my skills but still working on some other small details and rehab. The injury occured just by turning my neck . Overuse of my shoulders and other areas caused compression of the Brachial nerves in my neck. I still have nerve issues from the Thoracic outlet syndrome I am learning to manage. But reading a story like this below, reminds me that the only limitation is the one we put on ourselves.

Alana Nichols is a three-time Paralympic gold medal winner who has taken part in three separate sports in the Paralympic games.

When she was 17 years old, Alana suffered a devastating spinal cord injury in a snowboarding accident while wintering in Colorado. The accident left her parälyzed from the waist down. Soon after her injury, she discovered a talent for wheelchair basketball, eventually winning a gold medal at the 2008 Paralympics.

After this triumphant win, Nichols returned to her original passion: skiing. One can only imagine the thrill of returning to the sport she was so passionate about. In 2010, she qualified for the Winter Paralympics and won two gold medals, one silver and one bronze. Nichols also competed in the paracanoe, taking her total to three Paralympic sports.

As a person on social media I know I am imperfect. I have enough people telling me daily. I give my heart and soul here. I give free programs, youtube, and instagram content, I study and continue to learn and no matter how I try to help others I am told daily by the world I fall short. It is sometimes hard. These voices often make me feel very inferior and not good enough to be here sharing my story, my art and my life. However I know deep down and by the kind voices I am blessed to hear also, I am worthy just like anyone else. But my aim is different to most. I am not here to pretend I'm someone or be perfect. I just simply want to share so people know they are not alone or they can too. I also want to help others to learn and grow who may not have the resources to access the knowledge I have. I know I do not have to be perfect to make a difference and I want others to know that too. Just helping one person at a time is making a difference. It is not a numbers game. It is a heart and soul and ripple effect game. I hope we all remember this more.

So if you are struggling remember firstly it's human and you are not alone. Secondly it's okay to struggle but it is not there to stop you only to inspire you to become. Read the link above. These are only a few people but there are so many inspiring people breaking down. It's possible one step at a time overcoming the odds to become who they want to be.

You can as well, believe and achieve.

Would you like to learn straddle splits? What do you find hard about straddle splits?

I just created a top 3 tier p@treon straddle split drill sequence. Join me link in socials

Secrets To Do Straddle Splits Safe
1. Engage Proper Alignment And Technique
Proper alignment and technique are crucial for safely performing straddle splits. Focus on keeping your spine straight and shoulders relaxed throughout the movement. Avoid rounding your back or hunching forward, as it can strain your lower back (I learned that the hard way!).

Engage your core muscles to support your body and distribute the stretch evenly. Listen to your body and adjust the positioning of your legs and feet to find a comfortable and safe range of motion for your flexibility.

2. Core And Hip Strengthening
Building strength in your core and hips is crucial for safe straddle splits. A strong core provides stability and support to your body while in the split position. Planks, twists and leg raises are my go-to exercises for this.

I also strongly advise including hip-strengthening exercises like clamshells, hip bridges, and squats to improve the stability and control of your hips during the splits.

3. Balancing Flexibility With Strength
While flexibility is essential for straddle splits, it’s equally important to balance it with strength. Overly flexible muscles without sufficient strength can lead to instability and vulnerability to injury.

Alongside stretching, incorporate strength training exercises that target the muscles involved in the splits, such as inner thighs, hamstrings, and hip flexors. This balance between flexibility and strength will provide a solid foundation for safe and controlled straddle splits.

CHECK your INBOXES Now for Full Coffee Talk one not to miss...

We will always have sexual thoughts. It is in fact a gift and a pleasure to our lives. However we've forgot we do not have say all our thought to everyone.

Sexual thoughts are a natural and healthy part of human sexuality. Everyone experiences sexual thoughts at different times and in different ways, and there is no right or wrong way to experience them. Having sexual thoughts is a normal and healthy part of human sexuality. It is just how we express and act on them and in which spaces we need to be mindful.

As you walk down the street and see an attract woman. You would not spill all your sexual fantasies to her but on the internet we do. We need to learn and nourish environments first to make sure these thoughts are welcome. If they are not welcome it is still okay to have them. Just like in the street. You just take them home to enjoy.

Masturbation can actually be good for your health, both mentally and physically. And it's pretty much the safest sex out there — there's no risk of getting pregnant or getting an STD. When you have an orgasm, your body releases endorphins, which are hormones that block pain and make you feel good.

love how Esther Perel puts this. For me art is such a gift for the imagination is alive. For me the ability to put it in our minds even though we did enact it is such a gift to cultivate pleasure.

Animals have sex and it is the nature, it is the primary urge, it is the instinct, it is procreative. [Humans] have an erotic life. We transform sexuality. We socialize sexuality through our imagination. And the central agent of the erotic act is our creativity, our imagination, or ability to renew, our ability to anticipate… We can envision the act without having to actually enact it. And it is the cultivation of pleasure for its own sake.“

New Nude Hamstring and Glute Workout now on top 3 tiers p@treon - link in socials to join. Over 2 years worth of content to watch now. De@d Butt Syndrome’ – SAY WHAT?! There are more and more articles coming out, especially in recent months in light of our global pandemic, about a supposed ‘de@d butt syndrome’, or ‘gluteal amnesia’. This condition is thought to be characterized by a person’s body ‘forgetting’ how to ‘turn on’ or ‘fire’ a gluteal contraction due to extended periods of time in a seated position. But can this actually happen? If it does happen, how does this actually happen anatomically? Can our glute muscles actually ‘forget’ how to activate properly? Do long periods of sitting actually have an effect on our muscle mass, appearance, and strength? In this article, we explore the validity of gluteal amnesia about how to turn on your glutes as well as provide you with exercises that will actually target your glutes! What are the glutes? The gluteal muscle group, known as the “glutes” for short, is actually composed of three muscles, the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus, and the gluteus medius. These muscles make up our buttocks region and are responsible for hip extension, abdüction, and internal and external rotation. They originate on the ilium (rounded portion of the hip) and extend to the greater trochanter (rounded upper portion of the femur). Gluteal Muscle Anatomy Functionally, the glute muscles are responsible for keeping us in an upright stance and position and help us to perform functional activities such as the squat, lunge, walk, and climb stairs. They are often directly or indirectly linked to a person’s overall strength and fitness and are common muscle groups that are trained in a gym setting. Is Glute Amnesia Real? – Nerve Injury Anatomy Have you ever sat so long that your legs start to ‘fall asleep’? What you are experiencing is a compressive type nerve injury, and there are a few reasons why this can happen. Sustained pressure on an area causes what is known as neuropraxia. In this scenario, there is a small amount of focal damage to the myelin sheath, or the ‘outer covering’ of a nerve. The electrical supply remains intact, and the nerve is still able to conduct impulses to contract our muscles. The sensation usually subsides when we shift positions to alleviate pressure or get up and move around. The myelin sheath has the ability to repair itself over time, causing no symptoms or issues with muscle bulk. If there is sustained pressure on a nerve over a period of several hours or days, or worse, a direct traumatic injury to a nerve, more significant damage can occur. Examples of these are a crush injury, double crush, or palsy. In these examples, the electrical supply (axon) of the nerve is damaged, and the person will be left with longer-lasting symptoms such as chronic numbness and tingling, gait and mobility issues, or inability to use their damaged limb. Why do i mention this? What we experience when we sit for extended periods of time throughout the day is a mild insult to the nerve and not sustained damage that is irrecoverable. We have the ability to naturally shift and change our positions to alleviate sustained pressure. We naturally do not sit perfectly still unless we have a pre-existing condition that forces us to do so. Therefore it is unlikely that we are providing enough sustained pressure to our superior gluteal nerve at any given time to impair the electrical supply from the nerve to the muscle, which causes muscular atrophy (muscle wasting). Great news! Youre glutes cannot simply turn off! Now, this is just one factor when we consider all of the potential adverse effects that prolonged sitting can have on our bodies. The workouts I create are step-by-step that teaches you how to optimize your hip health. It will expose you to various hip and lower body strengthening and stabilization exercises supported by science. Learn more on p@teron link in socials

Many people would misu.. from onlyfans

WHY DO ARTISTS MAKE NUDE PAINTINGS? Many people would misunderstand nude art in photography and sculptures in today's society. Artists make nude art for several reasons. Some artists portray the body as beautiful and artistic, while others try to bring out a different picture of just a naked body, attaching it to a deeper meaning. Artists also craft nude paintings to express emotions and feelings that viewers can connect with, viewing the nakedness differently. Artists also view nakedness as a uniting factor for humans no matter the race because everyone shares the same organs regardless of what race you are or background. Human nakedness can also symbolize human values like innocence which a pregnant woman can symbolize very well. An example is the painting called Pregnant Maria by Alice Neel, which presents a reasoning disagreement of the maternal nakedness and the sexual pose of the laid-back woman Join me in top 3 tiers p@teron for 2 years worth of nude art - link in socials

The most valuable advice anyone ever gave me was: I am an explorer. The world inside me, the one pushing against the walls of your heart and ribs, this one, swirling with a sometimes chaotic churn of fear, angst, and heartache, is entrusted to me, whispering things to me in my sleep, and calling for my love and friendship and we've known this, even before we had words to say it. We seem to be being led from within by something unsettled within us. We are a discoverer meant to discover the wealth hidden in the farthest recesses of our inner world. We are meant to take whatever we find and offer it back in some magnificent way to the world. That is our message, that is what our journey is about, that is how we find ourselves. Thinking back to the yoga classes online I took during the f..

openheartscanuniterhy post Thinking back to the yoga classes online I took during the f.. from onlyfans

Thinking back to the yoga classes online I took during the first chapter of my yoga journey.  Thinking back about the instagram yoga community that inspired me to get started: Back then, I looked around and I envied the bodies of those that more stronger, felt in superior for my red face that often cropped up and Ive been picked on since I was a kid and stressed about the possibility of someone looking at me and not being good enough. My eyes would dart  frantically for the entire session not within but without. Fast forward to this video with @sassy.yoga77 I feel complete at peace being next to this beautiful human like we were always meant to be this way. Looking back at this video made me think of everything that self-hatred cost me over the years. I thought about the countless nights in high school when, instead of enjoying my teenage years, I'd worried I was not good enough.   I remembered summers feeling shy on the beach. I remember after my daughter was born my attempt on my life.  I remember being on social media and the reckless voices that pulled me apart not even knowing me making me feel like I was not enough. But after reminiscing about all of the pain, I also thought back to all of the work. I thought of all the years that I spent doing my inner work, becoming familiar with my mental health and physical health. Learning to say yes to me and no and setting boundaries to things that were not meant to be part of my life.  Practicing being kind and patient with myself even when I struggled. I thought of how hard it was for me to develop genuine respect for myself and be more present. Now when I sit amongst the beautiful women of Audri Asana once were strangers now some of my dearest friends. They make me feel at home in my body. No longer do I feel the need to panic or worry, I feel peace. Fully exposed, we laughed, we talked, we shared our teachings and it feels no different to having clothes. It feels safe and more possible to tune into your body and the touches and cues. Truth be told, so often I feel more comfortable completely bare in close proximity to other nude strangers than I did back when I was a 17, clothed in a near-empty gym.   I even feel more comfortable on social media being nude.  As this is me, there is nothing to hide, there is no undertone of clothing, it is just a human being. What is more beautiful and rare than that? I suspect the thing that’s helped me most is getting a bit older (and the fact that the media has at least slightly shifted away from glamorizing ideal of the 1990s and 2000s; I see more body types represented now in ways I never did back in the day). But here are a few other things that have helped me, and continue to help me build self confidence, and if you want to try them, they might help you too.   1. If you find yourself fixating on specific features you don’t like, remember that most people don’t evaluate each others’ appearance based on details, but on a kind of larger aura that includes their smile, their style, the warmth of their laugh, and so on. I think my friends are stunningly beautiful, and that their beauty is not in spite of, but includes, things I’ve criticized on my own body like cellulite and stretch marks. Why should any of us think that we’re the exceptions to the standards that we apply to everyone else? 2. If numbers stress you out, you don’t have to know what you weigh. When I was 20 or so, I cared very much about my weight, and it didn’t make me healthier physically or mentally. Now I haven’t weighed myself in forever. Sometimes, at the doctor, I ask them not to tell me (nobody’s ever batted an eye), and sometimes I find out by accident and that’s fine too. If you want to gauge changes in your body, there are countless ways to do so—say, by the foods you’re eating, your clothes, or your endurance—that are not measured on a scale. 3. Obviously, ideally, your relationship with your body shouldn’t be dependent on external validation. But if you’re having sex, the person (or people) you sleep with should be hyping you the fuck up. They should make you feel like the most gorgeous person in the world. Nobody deserves access to your body if they can’t see how spectacular it is. (The flip side of this is that it’s uniquely harmful if a lover is unappreciative or even critical. If someone you’re intimate with has made you feel bad about yourself, know that that means there’s something wrong with them, not you.) 4. If you’re having negative thoughts about your body, and can’t seem to break free of them, give yourself periods of time where you are simply not allowed to have those thoughts. These can be short at first. For instance, during a stretching session or a morning walk, vow that you won’t let yourself think negatively about your body for the entire activity. If you have a self-critical thought, remind yourself that no, you’re not doing that right now; push the thought away and focus on something nice instead. This skill gets easier with practice. Ten minutes might seem hard at first, but eventually you’ll be able to go an hour, or a day—or even full time. 5. Finally,  find what feels good. Lean into the moments when you feel strong, or grateful, or happy, or relaxed. Hate sweating, but want to be more active? Go out in winter, or try swimming or an adult ice skating class. When your budget allows, get massages. What clothes make you feel good? What kinds of movement? What people? What media? What foods? Build space in your life for more of those things. The only one who makes the rules for yourself is you.

You see the body for what it is a mechanism to create life and love I see the body personally as beautiful but not necessarily sexual unless my mind is stimulated too. When I see someone naked it doesn’t make me want to run to the bedroom. I can appreciate beauty. But you gotta have more to really make magic and connection. Being naked and seeing a naked body makes me want to know them more. Maybe they have a scar, what happened? Maybe they have broad shoulders. What sports did they do?  Maybe they feel shy, why? For me sex isn’t about the body it’s about the mind with the body. So without that mental stimulation it just is not enough. When I see people getting criticized for their naked body I’m confused. I had my daughter naked, I was born naked. I have to go to the dr and be examined part by part.  I go to a sauna with strangers naked. Nobody is crude or disrespectful here. They may have thoughts in their imagination and that is an honor but they always hold respect.  However we so often judge strangers by how much they do or do not wear.  This tells us nothing.  When did we lose the ability to hold love and respect for bodies as a society? Yes sex sells and it’s beautiful. However there are so many hungry people out there and it’s not because of not enough p0rn or nakedness. I believe it’s because there isn’t enough connection and self love to make us feel value. So we go through the need to find pleasure instead of doing the work of self love, acceptance and connection. Teaching naked yoga is one of the greatest gifts for me as I see us all as equal. There is no longer a barrier or a line between us, just humans being human. It also helps us to STOP thinking "I have to exercise" you start to enjoy your body and realise how lucky you are  "I GET to exercise" You see if we have the ability to workout, dance, run, or even just walk, we've got a valuable opportunity that is easy to take for granted. So many of us know someone who is injured, older, sick, disabled or otherwise impaired… who would love to have a body like ours.Read that again. No matter how we feel about our body, someone out there would be so grateful to have OUR body.Shifting our mindset to appreciate the privilege we have, can help boost our motivation and get us active… even on the days you’re not feeling it.And an extra bonus: by actually getting up and moving our body, we’re increasing our chances of STAYING fit and active for years to come and doing naked us helps us to get out of our own way as we no longer judge ourselves for the rolls, folds or things society says are not good enough. When we take away our skin and clothes we are all just hearts and souls wanting to feel more, be more, be loved and love more, feel connection and sense of value. If we want to improve our lives we are going to have to start within and with our bodies we’ve got. Or we are never going to find true wholeness and happiness. Why do you think naked bodies are so shamed? What do you think of your body?
