I like to hold my belly like this when Iām feeling completely stuffed. Digging my fingers in softly to see how much more food I think I can take. When my fingers sink deep in to my soft jiggly fat I know I have so much more eating to do. I live for the feeling of barely making a dent. When Iām so bloated and lazily full that moving takes a great effort. Even for my little finger test.
