It's currently a national park, and used to be the home of our former president, who fled Ukraine after stealing a large sum of money, from 2002 to 2014. It has its own golf course, zoo, garden, park, huge house, its own restaurant on the water. Lots of bodies of water. View and exit to the Kiev Sea and much more. total 137 hectares of territory😱 I was walking there and thought, "Why did a man need so much stuff..."
