

Hi 🌸 Today I want to share with you a personal story about why I started stretching and how it changed my life 😊
I've always admired people who could easily sit on a twine or do difficult asanas in yoga. But I've never been particularly flexible myself. Sitting at my laptop, constant stress and lack of time for myself gradually took a toll on my health 💻😔 I started to feel stiffness in my body and back pain that started to limit my activity.
One day I decided that I had had enough of these discomforts and started looking for ways to regain my ease and freedom of movement. That's how I came across stretching. At first it seemed something unreal: my body was literally "disobeying", and every training session was a struggle with myself. But I continued, because I realized that all changes take time 🙈
Every day I noticed how my body became more flexible and my mood got better. Stretching became more than just a physical practice for me, it became an opportunity to relax, de-stress and immerse myself in my thoughts. It has helped me learn to better understand my body and its needs 😍😊
