It's a chemical in your brain that affects your emotions, and it gets triggered when you do things such as exercising, listening to music and taking warm showers. Our brains are more likely to come up with quick thoughts when we are relaxed, and few places in the house are more relaxing than the shower. My shower thought this morning was: People who use anti-aging cream must have the youngest looking fingertips. 😂 What are some of your shower thoughts?
