I’m sorry I didn’t expect to be gone on my birthday I had a pretty rough day The realization of me actually turning 29 and being significantly unhappy with my life I spent a lot of time talking with my family about my mental health, well telling them what I feel comfortable enough telling them cause they don’t know the whole deal with my life but they know struggle. I’ve been doing a lot of self reflecting. Taking a lot of notes down on what I’m doing that isn’t working and what’s not making me happy and the things I need to or at least what I think I need to do or at least some things to try to do to start taking charge of my mental health and life. Like fuck in 29 years old I need to start ducking working on my self. I know I can’t fix everything and it won’t happen overnight but and it’s gonna be a really hard battle but I’m really hoping I can actually do this for myself.
