A simple, easy snack of a purple sweet potato (Ube) with some sea salt 💜 I love the incredible variety of fruits and vegetables that grow on the island, and this is one of my favorites! Partially because it’s my favorite color, but also because I love potatoes in general, and I like how sweet and creamy this one tastes.
