almost 2 years ago i made a random decision to chop my hair off and immediately realized i prefer longer hair on myself, here are a few tips on how i went from short hair to achieving my hair goals ?
• finish your shower will cool water to close pores.
• get frequent trims on dead ends every few months
• instead of washing your hair every day make it every other day. ( dry shampoo in between washes )
• invest in hair oils & hair masks.
• when washing your hair make sure to massage scalp to stimulate new growth.
• try not to apply too much heat but when you do don’t forget heat protection.
• supplements are super important! my favs are biotin, iron, & or zinc!
